CraftedIndia believes in helping its customers as far as possible and therefore has a liberal cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy 

How do I cancel an order on

-If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order or before the product has been shipped, whichever is earlier.

For outright cancellations by you:

- If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount.

If the cancellation is after your product has shipped:

- Once your order has been dispatched from our end; cancellations cannot be made.

Refund Policy:

1) You receive the product in a damage / tamper condition

We request our customers to open and check the product at the time of delivery. In case there is any damage found to the product, please send an email at within 24 hours of delivery of the product along with pictures of the product and your order number. Reimbursement will be done as soon as we are notified from your end.

Please Note:

  • Any product bought from the website is applicable for return or exchange only if it received damage/ defective/wrong product. Return or exchange would be considered only if informed within 24hrs on arrival of the product.

We will bear the cost of sending the damaged product picked up from your place.

2) If you did not like the product

Please send us an email at  or call us at +91-02265005900/ 02266630023 within 24 hours of delivery of the product along with your order number.

  • Any product returned by the customer for exchange or refund if received damaged at our end then CraftedIndia will not consider the product for any refund or exchange. 
  • Any product that you bought from the website is applicable for return if you dint like it. We can exchange the product for another product. 


  • The cost of sending the shipment to us would be borne by you
  • The product has to be packed properly so that it reaches us safely

 Return Policy

If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at+91-65005900 or email us at mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that the payment received for the damaged product will be refunded within 3-7 working days. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.

Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz:

  • Any product passing 24 hrs of delivery at your end
  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, cables, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery
